RSVP HERE for THE NEXT GREENDRINKS, WHICH WILL BE ON TUESDAY, 12 MAY, HOSTED BY THE SEATTLE STORM. The Storm is hosting at 490 Fifth Avenue N., but DO NOT mapquest that address.

Here are directions for this event:

By bicycle or on foot: From 5th Ave N, go right on Mercer St; enter in the driveway on the right (last driveway before the overpass) at the Sellen Construction “C” sign. As you wind around the construction fencing, you’ll see the Storm billboard ahead, then to your left is Furtado Center; enter through the second gate. The building entrance is closest to the fence. Secure bike storage will be available onsite.

By bus: The Furtado Center (official address is 490 5th Ave. N.) is served by many major Metro bus routes. Visit Metro’s Trip Planner for the stop nearest 5th Ave N and Mercer St, and follow the foot traffic directions.

By car: From 1-5, take Mercer St. exit and stay in middle lane as it winds right and then left (Lake Union on your right). Turn right on 5th Ave N. Note that no parking is available on site, so if you are driving you need to park at one of the lots near the Seattle Center. The closest parking garage is on 5th Ave N, just south of the new Gates Foundation Building construction. After parking at that garage, walk north on 5th Ave, then east (right) on Mercer St. Follow walking directions as above.

The Seattle Storm are featuring the Mountains to Sound Greenway as the May featured non-profit; come learn more about this great organization at the May Greendrinks.

As always, by popular demand, if you’re hungry after the event, we’ll have Inferno Dogs out front selling (meat & veggie) brats. Enjoy!

Continued thanks to our ongoing sponsors, The Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, Full Circle Farm, Snoqaulmie Vineyards, and The Essential Baking Company! As per usual, the May Greendrinks will begin between 5:30 and 6pm.

Please help us reduce waste – even compostable waste – by bringing your own mugs, wine glasses, and the like. As usual, compostable cups will be available for a $5 suggested donation, Greendrinks logo pint glasses for $10.

Please email info (at) seattlegreendrinks (dot) org for sponsorship information or to volunteer.
