Election Day is only five days away, but we have to lay the groundwork well before then to hold our leaders accountable on climate after November 4th. Here’s what you can do right now:

Put a climate ad on TV after the election

It used to be that only political campaigns and organizations could buy airtime for ads on cable TV — but not anymore. With just a few clicks, you can air ads from any of the winners of the Climate Matters video contest (co-sponsored by Brighter Planet and 1Sky), or the powerful climate ad created by 10-year-old Nikos Spiridakis.

You decide where to air the ads and how many times to air them. As a bonus, the ads will feature a tagline at the end letting everyone know you sponsored them.

No matter who our next president is or what the next Congress looks like after Election Day, we’ll have to keep pushing our leaders for real solutions to the energy crisis and climate change.
