This just in from Trust For Public Lands:
Looking for something fun to do this summer? Get muddy, work hard, do good and feel good with MudUp. MudUp is the public engagement campaign of The Alliance For Puget Sound Shorelines – a partnership of The Trust for Public Land, The Nature Conservancy, and People For Puget Sound. MudUp is working to create 10 new parks and natural areas, restore 100 miles of shoreline, and protect access to 1000 miles along Puget Sound by 2009. For more information on future events and how you can get involved to help the Sound visit www.mudup.org
Check out MudUp’s commercials being broadcast on local television stations.
